She received her BA from the Philosophy department of the Middle East Technical University. To deepen her
understanding of body and its movements she studied in the department of Contemporary Dance at the Mimar
Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi (Mimar Sinan Fine Arts). In order to engage in the interdisciplinary and actual
dance practices she then left the conservatory. Her projects have been exhibited in the Mamut Art Project and
Akbank Sanat. A short film written and directed by her, named The Hall, has been screened in the events of
Sabancı Short Film Platform, Seattle Pan Eros Film Festival, and International Labor Film Festival. She also has
been participated in the interdisciplinary art events of the Nürnberg State Theater and Beykoz Kundura. She still
investigates the possibilities of performative art and tries to establish a narrative on body. Further, she keeps
investigating and learning about the limits of dance, acting, video, photography and performative arts.
